Terms of Use (Beta)

These Terms govern your use of the Yallastay coming-soon pages, invite links, and beta onboarding flow.

1) Beta nature of the service

Yallastay beta is an early access program. Features, availability, and onboarding rules may change, be limited, or be paused at any time.

2) Eligibility and account information

You agree to provide accurate information in waitlist and profile forms. We may refuse or remove beta participation for incomplete, inaccurate, abusive, or suspicious submissions.

3) Invite links and security

• Beta profile links are one-time and time-limited.
• You must not share or attempt to reuse secure invite tokens.
• We may invalidate and reissue links to protect account and system integrity.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for spam, fraud, scraping, or unauthorized testing.
• Attempt to bypass token checks, anti-abuse controls, or access restrictions.
• Interfere with system performance, availability, or security.

5) Communications

By joining the beta flow, you consent to receive onboarding and product update emails related to your participation.

6) Intellectual property

All platform content, branding, and software remain the property of Yallastay or its licensors. Beta participation does not transfer ownership rights.

7) No warranty

Beta services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yallastay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your beta use.

9) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end beta access at our discretion, including for security, misuse, or operational reasons.

10) Governing terms updates

We may update these Terms as the beta evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
