- Beta profile details you choose to provide (role, organization, referral source, and message).
- Technical and security data (for example IP, timestamp, and anti-abuse metadata) related to invite requests and profile completion.
- Session token metadata used to validate one-time invite links.

- Process beta waitlist requests and send your secure invite link.
- Verify and place participants into suitable beta cohorts.
- Send onboarding and product-related beta updates.
- Improve platform quality, reliability, and security.
- Prevent abuse, spam, or unauthorized use of invite links and forms.
3) Legal basis and consent
By submitting forms on this site, you consent to Yallastay using your information for beta onboarding and related communications. You can request withdrawal by contacting us.
4) Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers that help us operate the beta flow (for example hosting, analytics, and email infrastructure), under confidentiality and security obligations.
5) Data retention
We retain beta onboarding data only as long as needed for waitlist operations, security, product improvement, and legal obligations. We may delete or anonymize data that is no longer required.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect onboarding data and one-time invite tokens, but no method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free.
